Jennifer Smith

When did you join the company and at what position?

I joined Utiligroup in 2017 as a Project Manager

How has Utiligroup helped you in your career?

I was completely new to the energy industry when I joined but since then I have learnt so much from the variety of projects I have been involved in. I have been able to expand and develop my project management skills in a way I wasn’t able to in previous companies.

What is on your wish list for the next ten years in the company?

I am excited to see what new project opportunities will arise within the business, particularly with their anticipated growth into the European market and the continually advancing technologies in the energy and utilities industry. This is something I am very interested in and would love to be a part of.

What do you love most about Utiligroup?

The culture, everyone at Utiligroup is genuinely enthusiastic about their work and they care about what they do. People work hard here and they’re rewarded for it.

If you could share any advice for prospective candidates what would it be?

Be prepared to learn and be flexible, it is important to be able to adapt and respond to an ever changing, innovative industry.
