I joined the company in 2015 as an IT Support Analyst

How has Utiligroup helped you in your career?

It is the fast-paced and varied working environment that has allowed me to grow professionally within Utiligroup and progress to Lead Infrastructure Engineer very quickly. Each day brings new opportunities and involvements in an array of projects which challenge me and allow me to gain first-hand experience. Additionally the coaching and training within the company has been second to none and has improved my technical knowledge and wider skill set.

What is on your wish list for the next ten years in the company?

As the company continues to grow at such a rapid rate and the workforce continues to expand I hope to move into a senior role with the prospect of leading teams of fellow enthusiastic and knowledgeable colleagues.

What do you love most about Utiligroup?

It has to be the great atmosphere at Utiligroup – everyone is so friendly and always willing to help out.

If you could share any advice for prospective candidates what would it be?

Be yourself! Utiligroup is full of character and this makes it a unique and welcoming place to work. Be confident in who you are and don’t be afraid to show your personality.
